Adrienne
Blechman is the Principal Audiologist of Absolute Hearing. She
is an experienced practitioner, with a keen interest in rehabilitative Audiology
– in particular hearing assessment and hearing aid selection and fitting.
Prior to launching Absolute Hearing, Adrienne worked in both the public and private sectors throughout Victoria. She is proficient with the major hearing aid brands, helping thousands of people realise the benefits of improved hearing through modern technology. Adrienne enjoys working with a range of clients, from school age children to senior citizens, taking pleasure in restoring their confidence and giving them back their quality of life.
Adrienne has a Masters in Clinical Audiology and a Graduate Diploma in Audiological Science from the University of Melbourne. She is also a qualified and experienced Speech Pathologist, successfully completing a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University.
Adrienne is President of the Audiological Society of Australia (Vic) where she arranges professional development programs for Audiologists and proudly promotes hearing services to the community. She was elevated to the position of President in 2006 after successfully serving as Secretary for the previous 3 years.

Sue
Coates has over 20 years of clinical experience with a range of
hearing aid providers across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. She has also
worked as an Audiologist at both the Queen Elizabeth and Modbury Hospitals
in South Australia.
Sue completed a Diploma of Audiology at the University of Melbourne, an Honours Degree in Psychology at the University of Adelaide and is a Member of the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA), with a full clinical certificate.

Janet
Gries joins Absolute Hearing with a wealth of diagnostic and hearing
aid experience, having spent the past 20+ years at Australian Hearing.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and is a Member of the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA), with a full clinical certificate.

Erin
Winfield has extensive diagnostic and rehabilitative experience
across Melbourne, regional Victoria and regional NSW. Prior to joining Absolute
Hearing, Erin worked in both private and public practice, and was acting
District Manager at Australian Hearing.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Diploma in Audiological Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne. Erin is a Member of the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA), with a full clinical certificate.

Jack Yaakov
Leigh has extensive diagnostic and hearing aid experience in both
public hospitals and private audiology practices in Australia and the UK.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Audiology from Manchester University in the UK. Jack is a member of both the British Academy of Audiology (BAA) and the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA), with a full clinical certificate.

Mary-Ann Law joined Absolute Hearing with over 10 years experience in public and private Audiology practice and most recently as Clinical Research Specialist at Cochlear Limited, where she developed and designed clinical research studies and published a number of research papers.
Mary-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma in Audiological Science and a Masters in Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne. Mary-Ann is a Member of the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA), with a full clinical certificate.

Arzu
Everett is our experienced Practice Manager - the friendly voice
at the end of the phone. Arzu is an experienced administrator with over
15 years in the health industry, and looks after the day-to-day management
of our clinics.
Arzu is experienced with hearing aid trouble-shooting, including cleaning, batteries, maintenance and on-site repairs.
In 2010, Arzu celebrated 5 years with Absolute Hearing. She has been responsible for managing the practice as it expanded from 3 to 8 clinic locations.

Deb
Feather joined Absolute Hearing in 2006 previously holding a range
of medical administrative positions. She has completed numerous training
courses at The Monash Division of General Practice, The Royal Australian
College of General Practitioners and Chisholm Institute.
Deb is fully trained and experienced with hearing aid trouble-shooting, including cleaning, batteries, maintenance and on-site repairs.
Deb is the friendly face who will greet you at our Bentleigh clinic.

Julie
Hill brings over 30 years administrative experience to Absolute
Hearing. Julie has worked across a variety of industries, including 14 with
Transport Accident Commission (TAC). She holds a Certificate in Commercial
Studies from Claremont Technical College (WA).
Julie is experienced with hearing aid trouble-shooting, including cleaning,
batteries, maintenance and on-site repairs.
Julie is based in our Dingley Village clinic.

Bernadette Goring's experience over the past 10 years centres on office management, marketing and customer service across a range of industries. In addition, Bernadette ran her own hair salon in Wodonga for 5 years. The salon was viewed as the market leader in the area for styling, customer service and personal grooming.
In recent years, Bernadette has completed numerous professional training courses to advance her administration skills. Bernadette is the friendly voice you're likely to hear when making an appointment. She is based in our Hawthorn clinic.

Ryan Behr is the Business Manager of Absolute Hearing and was instrumental in establishing the practice in 2003. Nowadays, he is largely involved 'behind-the-scenes', responsible for the smooth running of the clinics, managing the accounting and IT systems and implementing Absolute Hearing's marketing campaigns.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Systems and a Bachelor Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Monash University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
He has worked as a Management Consultant for over 10 years with some of
Australia's leading companies.
You may see him holding the front desk at our Toorak clinic on Saturdays.
